On October 14, 2024, the five-day 2024 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "2024 International Textile Machinery Exhibition") opened grandly at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
A diverse collection of exhibits and a picture of coordinated progress of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain will be slowly unfolded at the 2024 International Textile Machinery Exhibition. The exhibited products are strictly classified according to the process flow, not only widely covering multiple core areas such as spinning, chemical fiber, weaving, knitting machine, printing, dyeing and finishing, non-woven, embroidery, clothing machinery, weaving, recycling, testing, packaging, etc., but also deeply expanding to key raw material links such as dyes, chemicals, inks, etc.
From the registered area of the countries and regions where the exhibitors belong, the exhibition area of exhibitors from mainland China ranks first, followed by Germany, Japan, Italy, Taiwan, China, and Belgium. From the perspective of process zoning, the printing, dyeing and finishing process area occupies the largest area, accounting for about 32% of the total exhibition area, followed by the spinning and chemical fiber machinery process area (27%), the knitting machinery process area (16%) and the weaving preparation and weaving machinery process area (14%). The remaining non-woven, clothing manufacturing, testing instruments and other process areas account for 11%.
