By adjusting the timing screw, the settling plate corner seat will turn in the same direction as the machine rotation (timing delay: loosen the adjusting screw C and lock the adjusting screw D), or in the opposite direction (timing forward: loosen the adjusting screw D and lock the adjusting screw C)

Attention:

When adjusting in reverse, it is necessary to shake the settling plate slightly with a hand crank to avoid damage.

After adjustment, remember to tighten the fixing screws F (6 places) of the settling plate corner seat.

When changing the yarn or knitted structure, corresponding changes must be made according to regulations.

The appropriate time difference is related to the position of the needle at the corner of the upper and lower circles, and this position must be adjusted according to different machines and fabrics to achieve the optimal position.

The adjustment blocks on the machine can be used to adjust the optimal position of the upper wall mountain corner.

As shown in the above figure, to move the upper wall corner to the left, first loosen nuts B1 and B2, back off screw A1, and lock screw A2. If you want to move the upper wall corner to the right, proceed in the opposite direction as described above.

After the adjustment is completed, make sure to lock all screws A1 and A2, as well as nuts B1 and B2.
