Analysis of defects in computerized jacquard circular knitting machines

The occurrence and solution of wrong jacquard.

1. Pattern typesetting error. Check the pattern layout design.

2. The needle selector is inflexible or faulty. Find out and replace.

3. The distance between the needle selection blade and the cylinder is not standard. Readjust the distance between the blade and the needle barrel.

4. The needle selection blade is worn. Replace the blade or needle selector.

5. The tightness of the selector and the cylinder is inappropriate. The curvature and thickness of the selector may affect the tightness of the selector and the cylinder. Re-select the appropriate selector sinker.

6. The jacquard selector  feet are worn too much or inconsistently. Replace the jacquard selector .

Causes and solutions for regular straight-tone or diffuse points

1.The specifications of the knitting needles selected are wrong, and the positions of the upper and lower knitting needles on the upper needle plate are different.

2. The selector are arranged in the wrong order or the heels are damaged. Recheck the arrangement of the selector heels and check whether the heels are crooked or too worn individually.

3. Whether individual jacquard blades are worn, damaged, crooked or have spring failure. Replace blade or spring.

4. The deformation of individual knitting needles is too large or the needle latch is skewed. Replace knitting needles.

Causes and solutions for irregular straight lines or scattered colors

1. The selector has insufficient oil supply and insufficient lubricity. Adjust the fuel supply volume of the oiler.

2. The installation position of the needle selector is unreasonable. Adjust the needle selection blade and cylinder, and try to ensure that the needle selector is not installed skewed.

3. The selector is excessively worn. Replace the selector.

4. The cylinder is too dirty. Clean up in time
