1.Daily shift maintenance:
1) Actively clean the flying lint on the creel and machine and do a good job of sanitation of the circular knitting machine. When wiping the machine, be sure to turn off the motor switch to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
2) Clean the oil in the waste oil bottle; replenish the knitting oil to the oiler. The amount of oil is only 80% full of the oil barrel. It should not be overfilled. Observe and adjust the oil supply working condition.
3) Pay attention to the use of start-stop switches, and promptly replace switches with poor contact and insufficient sensitivity.
4) Clean the flying lint and oil stains on the yarn feeding tray and yarn feeding belt to prevent parking marks or horizontal stripes caused by the belt slipping during operation.
5) For machines produced with cotton yarn as raw material, the cotton wadding in the electric control box and inverter must be cleaned every day to ensure normal operation and avoid fire. Be sure to turn off the power during operation and ensure that the air emitted by the air gun does not contain moisture.
6) Wipe clean the machine that is to be stopped and spray rust oil on the cam box (because knitting oil is hydrophilic and cannot replace anti-rust oil, this is something many people do wrong)
2. Weekly maintenance work
1) Check whether the tension of the drive belt is normal and whether it runs smoothly. Replace belts that show signs of damage promptly
2) Clean the dust removal fan, adjust the blowing angle of the fan, and tighten the joint screws
3) Check whether the waste oil pipeline is normal and clean it in time
3. Monthly maintenance work:
1) Check the lubricating oil condition of the large plate, large tripod and rolling take down
, and add or replace it in time. It is recommended that the lubricating oil in these parts be replaced every six months.
2) Check the usage of knitting needles, sinkers and cylinders. For machines that use cotton yarn as raw material, it is recommended to wash the machine once a month or so (pull out the knitting needles, clean and select the knitting sheets; clean the cylinder and sinker; clean the yarn feeding nozzle, check and lock the triangular screws). For machines produced with polyester as raw material, it is recommended to directly spray needle protection agent once a month (it can be sprayed directly when the machine is running at slow speed, which can effectively remove the grease on the knitting needles, knitting needles, and needle cylinders, ensuring the smooth operation of the knitting needles and knitting needles) flexibility).
3) If the cloth surface requirements are high, you can check and recalibrate the cylinder's self-leveling, self-circling, co-leveling and co-circling every month .
4) Repair the electrical circuit of the machine to ensure normal use and personal safety; prevent fire
4. Maintenance of inventory accessories
1) For unopened accessories, separate them into categories, place them in an orderly manner, and keep them moisture-proof and explosion-proof.
2) Clean the needle groove and tablet groove of the cylinder, apply anti-rust oil and wrap it with anti-rust film, and place it in a place where it is not easy to be bumped.
3) Clean and select the used knitting needles and sinkers, place them in containers, and fully spray them with anti-rust oil
4) Clean the cams, classify it according to specifications, unless spraying anti-rust oil, and place the entire product in an orderly manner
