As shown in the figure above, before adjusting the time difference, loosen the fixing screw F (6 places) of the sinker and cam seat. Through the timing adjustment screw, the sinker and cam seat turns in the same direction as the machine rotation (when the timing is delayed: loosen the adjustment screw C and tighten the adjustment screw D), or in the opposite direction (when the timing is forward: loosen the adjustment screw D and tighten the adjustment screw C)
Note:
When adjusting in the reverse direction, it is necessary to shake it slightly with the hand crank to avoid damaging the sinker.
After adjustment, remember to tighten the sinker and sinker seat fixing screw F (6 places).
When changing the yarn or needle structure, it must be changed accordingly according to regulations
The appropriate time difference is related to the position of the upper and lower corners of the needle, which must be adjusted to the best position according to different machines and different fabrics.
The adjustment block on the machine table can be used to adjust the upper corner to the best position.
As shown in the figure above, to move the upper corner to the left, first loosen nuts B1 and B2, retract screw A1, and tighten screw A2. If you want to move the upper corner to the right, just follow the above method in reverse.
After the adjustment is completed, make sure that screws A1 and A2 and nuts B1 and B2 are all tightened.
