Structure of circular knitting machine(2)

1.Weaving mechanism
The weaving mechanism is the cam box of the circular knitting machine, mainly composed of cylinder, knitting needle, cam , sinker (only single jersey machine has) and other parts.
1. Cylinder
The cylinder used in the circular knitting machine is mostly insert type, which is used to place the knitting needle.
2. Cam
The cam is also called mountain corner and water chestnut corner. It controls the knitting needle and sinker to make reciprocating motion in the cylinder groove according to the different needs of the knitting varieties of the circular knitting machine. There are five types of cams: loop cam (full needle cam), tuck cam (half needle cam), floating cam (flat needle cam), anti-string cam (fat flower cam), and needle cam (proofing cam).
3. Sinker
The sinker, also known as the sinker, is a unique knitting machine component for single jersey machines and is used to cooperate with the knitting needles for normal production.
4. Knitting needles
Knitting needles are distinguished by the height of the needle bell of the same model. Its function is to complete the work from yarn to fabric.
2.Pulling and winding mechanism
The function of the pulling and winding mechanism is to pull the knitted fabric woven by the circular knitting machine out of the knitting area and wind it (or fold it) into a certain package form. The pulling and winding mechanism includes fabric spreader  (cloth support frame), a driving arm , an adjustment gear box and other parts. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. There is an induction switch under the large plate. When the transmission arm with a cylindrical nail passes through a certain place, a signal will be sent out to measure the cloth winding data and the number of revolutions of the circular knitting machine, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the weight of the cloth (cloth falling).
2. The take down speed is controlled by a gear box, with 120 or 176 gears, which can accurately adapt to the needs of cloth winding tension of various types of patterns and varieties in a wide range.

3. On the control panel, the number of revolutions required for each piece of cloth weight can be set. When the number of revolutions of the circular knitting machine reaches the set value, it will automatically stop, thereby controlling the weight deviation of each piece of knitted grey cloth within 0.5 kg.

3.Transmission mechanism
The transmission mechanism is a stepless speed motor controlled by a inverter. The motor uses a V-belt or a synchronous belt (teeth belt) to drive the driving shaft gear, and transmits it to the large disc gear, thereby driving the needle cylinder carrying the knitting needle to run for weaving. The driving shaft extends to the large circular machine, driving the yarn feeding disc to deliver the yarn according to the amount. The transmission mechanism is required to run smoothly and without noise.
